Subscription Cancellations
- Trial Period: If you are on a trial subscription and decide Famezip is not for you, you can cancel any time before the trial period ends without any charges.
- Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscription plans, users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, refunds are not provided for the remaining period of the subscription month during which the cancellation occurs.
- Annual Subscriptions: Users who have chosen an annual subscription plan and wish to cancel may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of their subscription. Refund eligibility for annual subscriptions requires cancellation within the first 30 days of the subscription or renewal date.
Service-Specific Refunds
- Campaign Strategy and Development: Services that involve personalized campaign strategy and development are eligible for a refund if canceled before the service delivery has begun. Once the service delivery process is initiated, such services are not eligible for a refund due to the personalized nature of the work.
- Celebrity Connection Services: Fees paid for celebrity connection services are non-refundable once a connection has been successfully established, and the campaign has been agreed upon by both parties. If Famezip is unable to facilitate a connection, users may be eligible for a refund of the connection service fee.
Processing Refunds
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, users must contact Famezip’s customer support within the time frames specified above, providing a detailed reason for the refund request.
- Review Process: All refund requests will be reviewed by our support team to determine eligibility based on this Refund Policy. The review process may take up to 7 business days.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
